This role is half focused admin, half customer-facing support, which is perfect if you like structure and you’re good on the phone. You’ll help people navigate pension benefits and forms while keeping cases organized and on time.

- Remote
- Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
- Production: Shift selected after training, within 8:00am–6:00pm EST, Monday–Friday
What You’ll Do
- Advise participants on plan provisions to support informed benefit decisions
- Respond to participant questions via phone and web correspondence
- Complete customer-related transactions with limited supervision
- Meet timeliness and accuracy standards, including SLAs
- Document calls with detailed notes in the case management system
- Complete callbacks on time and escalate issues when needed
- Follow call center metrics and established procedures
- Support junior team members by answering questions or assisting with escalations (with guidance)
- Coordinate benefits, services, and payments with outside providers and vendors
- Explain required participant forms and guide completion
- Handle administrative work such as reviewing cases, identifying case types, and building reports
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and employment check
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Internet speed test: 25+ Mbps download, 5+ Mbps upload, ping 175 ms or less
- Ability to connect via ethernet cable to modem/router
- Comfort handling both administrative case work and inbound calls

- Estimated salary range: $35,280 – $44,100 (varies by location, experience, and performance)
