Two Chicks With A Side Hustle

Employer: Brightline, Inc.

About the Role

Brightline is embarking on an exciting period of rapid growth. We are looking for standout and experienced behavioral health coaches to join our team! At Brightline, our coaches partner with caregivers, children and teens in a structured and compassionate setting. Through our established programs, they teach valuable skills to increase coping strategies and reduce tough behaviors, and our coaches are available over chat to provide the ongoing support.

Primary responsibilities:

  • 1:1 coach care delivery: we have created innovative digital tools and thoughtfully-designed programs that give you the time to focus on delivering outstanding care via video sessions and asynchronous chat.
  • Multidisciplinary care team support: coaches at Brightline support families in clinical services as a liaison between them and their therapeutic and psychiatric care providers.
  • Content navigators: not every family is ready for or wanting 1:1 care services, and that’s okay! Our coaches are available to help members navigate content available on the app and triage into different services when they are ready.
  • Group educators: collaborate with others at Brightline to develop and deliver impactful education to families through workshops, group classes and new content development.
