Job Purpose:  

Are you in the early stages of your career in client services in the digital media or branded content space and passionate about delivering the best service? Do you have experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Account Management, Design/Creative, Edit, and Social to implement programs from kick-off through campaign wrap? If so, we want to hear from you!

What you’ll do…

As an Client Success Media Coordinator, you will be a key player for the team in the execution of Media-only or Affiliate campaigns. You will help ensure that we provide our clients with white-glove service. A foundational understanding of project / client management will be critical, along with having a pulse on what our teams require to accomplish their respective deliverables. You will also work with Ad Operations on execution of campaign elements in the plan and will help optimize and upsell clients when the opportunity presents itself. You will report to the Director of Client Success, B2C.

  • Execute Media-only or Affiliate programs across all Future digital propertie
  • Communicate and partner with our teams towards creation of any offerings through launch to completion.
  • Facilitate obtaining all assets from clients for Campaign, including mapping any necessary tracking assets, and QA’ing through partnership with AdOps.
  • Ensure that campaigns launch on time, deliver exactly what was sold, and exceed all given benchmarks by optimizing them
  • Analyze and share results with clients throughout campaigns
  • Maintain understanding of our ad products and capabilities (i.e. audience extension, research, new products). 
  • Ensure all campaign detail aligns between the media plan, agency IO and our Order Management System, and maintain understanding throughout the campaign lifecycle
  • Monitor and optimize campaign metrics for delivery and goals; provide detailed reporting and recommendations to all internal and external teams
  • Collaborate with Finance and Ad Operations  to close monthly billing
  • Work with our teams to produce weekly/final reporting along with Wrap Reports
  • Have intimate knowledge of client(s) business/brand, competitive environment, industry trends, and their overall marketing plans/goals

Experience that will put you ahead of the curve…

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 1+ years experience in project management/account management 
  • Familiarity with CRM and project management tools such as Salesforce and Asana
  • Experience in post-sale digital campaign execution
  • Must be clear and proactive with client needs via email and presentation.

Please note, the salary range for this position is $40,000-$50,000
