• Internet: 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload minimum
• Ping under 50ms, no packet loss
• No satellite, mobile hotspot, P2P, or VPN connections
• Proof of internet speed required

What You’ll Do
• Support customers via phone, email, chat, and possibly social media
• Resolve issues calmly and de-escalate when needed
• Escalate interactions appropriately when resolution requires it
• Assist with requests and sometimes process payments
• Document call/contact details for auditing and reporting
• Provide feedback on recurring call issues
• Upsell if required by the program/client
What You Need
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6+ months customer service experience
• Age 18+
• Typing speed: 25 WPM minimum
• Comfortable with Windows-based desktop systems
• Customer service and/or sales experience preferred (but not mandatory)
• College degree preferred (not required)
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Emotional intelligence and ability to stay focused under pressure
• Willingness to work within a structured schedule that may include varied shifts
