Schedule
- Remote, full-time position
- Flexibility may be required to support rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays based on business needs
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls from members, pharmacists, and providers with professionalism and empathy
- Troubleshoot prescription and benefit questions, including coverage, prior authorizations, and copay details
- Document interactions accurately and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams
- Support timely resolution of claims, benefit inquiries, and service requests
- Educate members and providers on plan benefits, resources, and tools to maximize value
- Consistently meet quality, accuracy, and service-level standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred
- 2+ years of customer service experience, ideally in healthcare or pharmacy settings
- Strong communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn multiple systems quickly
- Knowledge of healthcare or pharmacy terminology preferred
- Availability to work flexible shifts when required
