Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Identify and meet U.S. customer, consumer, and HCPs needs via phone, email, or fax by clarifying issues, researching and exploring answers or alternate solutions to all inquiries within set timelines for all business units.
  • Maintaining the CRM database by logging call details accurately in accordance with department guidelines to report various trends to senior leadership.
  • May perform administrative tasks as it relates to the order entry process within Viatris’ ERP system.
  • Ensure compliance to all documented practices for various inquiries.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 1 year of Customer Relations Experience.  However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
  • Must possess working knowledge of computers including hardware set up, troubleshooting abilities, software, networks, and telecommunications systems.
  • Must possess considerable knowledge of the job requirements.
  • Must possess practical problem-solving skills requiring limited judgement and the ability to follow prescribed and detailed procedures to solve routine inquiries.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills, time management, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, writing skills, and basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Must possess the skills and ability to be a team player to effectively form necessary business relationships demonstrating the initiative to work with others to advance knowledge.
  • Must possess the ability to work independently, take initiative, prioritize, and manage deliverables. 
  • Must have reliable high speed home internet service.
  • Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. The salary range for this position is: $37,000 – $80,000.
