What You’ll Do
• Coach, train, and develop collectors to improve negotiation skill and customer experience
• Monitor performance, attendance, productivity, and quality scores, and hold the team accountable
• Create a motivating, high-morale team environment that drives results
• Audit collection activity to improve strategy and help reduce delinquency
• Run weekly/monthly performance reviews with direct reports
• Manage daily workloads (queues + dialer campaigns) to hit daily/monthly targets
• Partner across departments to resolve customer concerns and remove operational friction
What You Need
• 5+ years in collections, financial services, or similar field
• 3+ years in consumer collections management (leading frontline reps)
• Strong understanding of collections regulations and compliant practices
• Advanced comfort with MS Office and general computer tools
• Strong leadership and communication skills (1:1, team, written)
• Ability to analyze information, prioritize competing demands, and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving instincts and a goal-driven mindset (short- and long-term)
• Ability to drive results with a geographically dispersed team
• Solid project management habits and a consistently positive, steady presence

Compensation
$60,000 – $75,000 annually
