What You’ll Do
- Manage revenue cycle processes end-to-end, including billing, collections, and denials
- Identify and resolve issues impacting revenue and cash flow
- Collaborate across clinical and financial teams to remove blockers
- Analyze metrics and reports to improve revenue cycle performance
- Ensure adherence to revenue cycle best practices and guidelines
- Support additional tasks and projects as assigned
What You Need
- High School Diploma required (college degree preferred)
- 5+ years of accounts receivable or revenue cycle management experience
- Strong knowledge of coding guidelines, regulations, and reimbursement methodologies in your specialty area
- Epic experience
- Experience with payor contract negotiations and reimbursement methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Team mindset with independent problem-solving ability
