Schedule
Full-time, remote. Revenue cycle role focused on physician billing, OB/GYN claims, denials, and accounts receivable follow-up.

What You’ll Do

⦁ Investigate and resolve OB/GYN insurance denials through payer outreach, documentation, and clean resubmissions
⦁ Use payer portals to check eligibility, claim status, and resolve issues quickly
⦁ Coordinate appeals and claims documentation with internal teams
⦁ Maintain compliance knowledge and stay current on billing regulations
⦁ Manage outstanding AR using medical collection practices and aging reports
⦁ Answer patient, payer, and practice calls, document account activity, and update records accurately
⦁ Work task lists, queues, reports, and special projects while meeting production standards
⦁ Track daily productivity and maintain clear notes on all account communications

What You Need

⦁ High school diploma or GED (required)
⦁ 3–5 years of medical claims collection experience (aging reports, delinquent claims, EOBs, correspondence)
⦁ Strong working knowledge of physician billing, AR workflows, denials, and managed care reimbursement
⦁ Comfort with EMRs, physician billing systems, and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
⦁ Strong written communication skills for professional letters and account documentation
⦁ Patient-advocate mindset with excellent phone presence and respectful customer service
⦁ Detail-first accuracy, solid organization, and ability to juggle multiple priorities
