The Application Specialist Implementation provides system and configuration guidance and makes best practice recommendations for deploying products and solutions on assigned client projects. Guide clients through standard implementation requirements, document specifications, and execute system and technical configurations. Works with other team members and collaborates across other departments to deliver high quality solutions and outcomes for our clients. This role is fully remote.

What you will be doing:
- Review recommended implementation practices and policies with current and new clients
- Gather and document platform requirements and execute system configurations & tasks for assigned client requests and projects.
- Participate in system validation and testing activities to ensure project quality and alignment with defined requirements.
- Collaborate across multiple teams to ensure that functional and technical deliverables are defined well and delivered successfully in support of the overall project launch and post-project transition.
- Deliver projects and related tasks according to budget, schedule, and desired business results; escalate issues in a timely and constructive manner.
- Understand and track individual performance metrics to stay on target and on budget for each project.
- Ensure that the project artifacts and lessons learned are archived accurately to allow for internal knowledge sharing and investment into the knowledge base.
- Overnight travel as required for client and organizational meetings (approximately 5%).
- This role is fully remote.
What we hope you bring to this role:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business or related field is required (3 additional years of related work experience would be considered in lieu of a degree)
- 0-2 years related work experience is required
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking to analyze problems, document needs and communicate these needs to a variety of audiences
- The individual must have a proven ability to understand business requirements in a variety of functional areas and the flexibility to adapt to new and changing information, systems, resources, etc.
- Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) and be capable of delivering presentations
- Ability to prioritize tasks, collaborate with team members, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a virtual collaborative environment
- External/internal implementation project background (Software or Consulting Services) desired
- Experience with JIRA, Microsoft applications, including SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, etc., preferred

Compensation Range:
The annual salary range for this role is: $65,300 – $74,700 annually

Actual compensation offers will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
