Schedule
- Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM–7:00 PM EST
- Occasional overtime as needed
- 6–8 weeks of paid virtual training (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM EST)
What You’ll Do
- Review provider appeals, classify intent, and route to the correct team
- Research medical records, policies, and documentation for accurate decisions
- Maintain efficiency, accuracy, and confidentiality while meeting performance goals
- Work with multiple internal systems to track and resolve cases
- Operate independently with strong attention to detail
What You Need
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
- 1+ year of problem-solving or office/customer service experience
- Proficiency with Windows PC applications and ability to learn new systems
- Flexibility to work an 8-hour shift within business hours, Monday–Friday
Preferred
- Experience with healthcare, medical, or pharmacy terminology
Telecommuting Requirements
- Private, dedicated home workspace with secure document handling
- High-speed internet (must meet company requirements)
