Schedule
- Full-time, remote-first role (U.S.-based)
- Travel required for company offsites twice per year
- Collaborate cross-functionally across Product, Engineering, and Support
What You’ll Do
- Monitor and improve AI Agent performance for customer support
- Review conversations and data to identify issues and opportunities
- Partner with teams to roll out updates and expand AI functionality
- Prioritize automation opportunities based on data and customer feedback
- Recommend content, workflow, or integration changes to improve experience
- Share performance insights with leadership and influence broader support strategy
What You Need
- 4+ years in customer support, experience, or support operations
- Strong communication and cross-functional project experience
- Proficiency with enterprise conversational AI or virtual agent platforms
- Comfort with support analytics tools and data dashboards
- Familiarity with APIs and system integrations
- Bonus: experience with Git or basic programming
