Summary:
The Agency Bill Coordinator is responsible for assisting with the agency bill accounting processes within the Property & Casualty vertical, from administering and tracking client receivables to remitting carrier premium payments, for all agencies within the Applied Epic system.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with the accounts receivable process for all clients across all agencies
- Enter client payments into Applied Epic (lockbox, online payments, ACH/wires, finance company) to the appropriate client policy based on the remittance. This includes communication with agencies when payments amounts do not match up.
- Assist with bank deposits when necessary, including using the bank’s remote scanner
- Assist with the accounts payable process for all carriers and brokers across all agencies by preparing payment reconciliation within Applied Epic.
- Track client receivable accounts to ensure timely collection of premium payments and payments to carriers and brokers.

Education, Training and Experience:
- Experience in property and casualty insurance brokerage operations preferable
- Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel
The typical base pay for this role nationwide is $28.50 per hour.
