What You’ll Do
- Communicate with outside agencies via phone and email
- Work closely with Client Managers to solve problems and maintain strong relationships
- Post jobs, review submittal packets, and support the candidate cycle through Pulse
- Coordinate communication between clinical interview managers and Account Managers
- Build and manage agency and hospital work orders
- Accept and progress TS processes
- Resolve timesheet discrepancies between agencies, hospitals, and payroll/AR/AP
- Collaborate with MSP Account Managers and Placement Specialists on candidate matching
- Review and evaluate affiliate performance
- Navigate multiple third-party software platforms
What You Need
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience working with agencies, MSPs, or staffing environments preferred
- Ability to organize and prioritize a high-volume workload
- Comfort navigating multiple systems and third-party software
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Strong problem-solving and follow-through
