Affiliate Operations Associate

Planned Parenthood Direct (“PPDirect”) is continuing the important work of Planned Parenthood Federation of America by providing access to sexual and reproductive health care from the convenience of an app.

We are looking to hire a dedicated Affiliate Operations Associate to support the Director of Affiliate Relations in building and preserving trusting relationships with new and existing Planned Parenthood Affiliate Customers. The Associate is responsible for duties that promote the goals of PPDirect by assisting in the day-to-day functions of the Affiliate Relations Team.

A successful Affiliate Operations Associate should demonstrate the ability to work quickly and effectively, be able to synthesize Affiliate Customers’ needs and liaise with the Affiliate Relations Team, Department Leaders, or external partners on projects, trainings, etc.

Position is full-time remote with rare travel for team meetings. Applicants must be a green card holder or American citizen and reside in Eastern or Central U.S.A.

Compensation

$55,000-$65,000/year based on experience

Responsibilities

Serving as a liaison between PPDirect and the Planned Parenthood clinical network
Support affiliate revenue management teams in the use of the PPDirect platform

Coordinating training and resource materials for Clinicians and other Affiliate Users
Gather feedback from affiliate users and communicate it to the PPDirect product management team
Assist in implementing Medicaid reimbursement in various states on behalf of Planned Parenthood affiliates

Collaborate with Operations Support Specialist on triaging technical or operational issues that affiliates report
Assist in onboarding new Planned Parenthood affiliates and states to the platform
Assist the Director of Affiliate Relations in creating and giving presentations
