What you get to do every day

  • Review gains and losses and calculate actuals
  • Work closely with the RKO team to keep up on best practices allowing as many escalations as possible to be contained in the CAST team
  • Provide information and expertise to internal teams that enable them to work through problems and respond to clients once resolved.
  • Reduce customer impact and severity of issues by leveraging data to properly designate and assign work based on priority.
  • Research tough escalations and help provide actionable solutions to the Client Advocacy and Success team (CAST)

What You Will Accomplish

  • Rework the existing process for intake to accurately convey issues.
  • Migration to Salesforce/Jira for customer escalations.
  • Analyze trends to establish key issues and customer pain points.
  • Ensure all issues are properly tracked and documented.

What you bring to the role 

  • 2-5 years experience for 401k recordkeeping
  • Clear understanding of the 401k Industry 
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
  • A can do attitude with strong people skills
  • Self motivated individual with a passion for first in class customer service

      Nice to have:

  • Bachelors degree
