Do you love nature, data, and strategy? We’re a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that plants trees around the world and we’re looking for an Ads Manager to join our team. We are seeking someone with a positive attitude and a passion for sustainability who is open to learning new skills we will happily train the right candidate.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media & Display Advertising

Launch and monitor digital advertising campaigns for social media and display ad platforms such as Facebook, Google, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, StackAdapt, AdRoll, and Spotify

Create customized and thoughtful strategies for each platform & campaign to best match its purpose and audience
Work toward set goals for CTR, Impressions, ROAS, and other KPIs.
Analyze ad and sales performance to make recommendations for updates

Write engaging copy for ads and boosted posts
Support the Communications team with the execution of growth strategies and campaigns
Drive campaign direction with insights and ideas

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to write clear and concise copy
Have a thorough understanding (or willingness to learn) of features and terminology in digital advertising platforms

Excellent attention to detail with writing, editing, and formatting
A strategic thinker and team player
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy work environment

A self-starter who can propose new ideas
Tech-savvy, a fast learner who can pick up new platforms quickly
Ability to write clear and concise copy

Preferred candidate location: Northampton, MA. All locations will be considered for the right candidate.
Bonus: 2 – 3 years of experience with Facebook, Google Ads, or PPC (Pay Per Click) ad platforms
Bonus: basic knowledge of design and photo editing
