The Admissions Office Support Representative is responsible for providing administrative support for admissions leadership on all admissions priorities.

Admissions Office Support Representatives who are assigned to a specific campus as their primary location will have responsibilities on campus and their presence will be required at that campus location.

The ability to work evenings and weekends is required, as is occasional domestic travel.

Principal Duties:

· Administratively support admissions leadership on all day-to-say operations and admissions priorities.

· Support New Student Review meetings.

· Manage and track admissions files and documentation.

· Produce requested reports through Salesforce.

· Manage inquiry distribution between admissions teams and individual Admissions Representatives.

· Communicate with schools and Universities to obtain transcripts for applicants.

· Follow up with prospective students by phone and email.

· Schedule inside and outside recruitment events including the development of an annual calendar.

· Assist with the scheduling and implementing interview days.

· Oversee administrative functions (ordering office supplies, ordering promotional items, managing purchase orders).

· Initiate and manage a student ambassador program.

· Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Ability to self-initiate and execute with minimal supervision.

· Excellent communication skills (strong writing skills, public speaking, interpersonal and public relations skills).

· Strong organizational, time management and planning capabilities.

· Computer skills including word processing, database management, and power point.

· Ability to represent the University in a professional manner, work within a diverse community, and effectively relate to applicants and students at a post-baccalaureate level.

Preferred Qualifications:

· A Bachelor’s degree.

· Admissions experience.

· Sales Force experience.
