- Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. MST

What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10+ Admissions Coordinators handling high-volume inbound/outbound calls with prospective clients, families, and referral sources.
- Own hiring, onboarding, training, QA reviews, and performance management to consistently exceed admissions goals.
- Manage schedules, staffing, and workload distribution to meet service levels (speed to assessment, first-contact quality, and call handling targets).
- Ensure timely, compassionate communication that advances qualified clients into care while upholding privacy and documentation standards.
- Partner cross-functionally (Clinical, Operations, Revenue Cycle, Executive Leadership) to hit KPIs including admission rates, patient satisfaction, and time-to-admission.
- Standardize best practices and scripts across Admissions and Discharge; drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and reporting.
- Track team metrics, remove blockers, and present performance updates and insights to leadership.
What You Need
- 3+ years leading or mentoring Admissions and/or Sales teams (behavioral healthcare strongly preferred).
- 3+ years of sales experience in a healthcare admissions setting with a record of exceeding targets.
- 1+ year of hands-on Salesforce (or comparable CRM) experience.
- Expert multitasking and prioritization in a fast-paced, high-volume environment; strong coaching and QA mindset.
- Familiarity with HIPAA standards; experience with adolescents/young adults is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite; data-driven approach to performance management.
