Schedule
⦁ Fully remote within the United States
⦁ Shift: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm Mountain Time
⦁ Fast paced contact center environment with strict timelines and documentation standards
⦁ Team performance measured by KPIs like admission rate, patient satisfaction, and time to admission

What You’ll Do
⦁ Lead and coach a team of 10+ Admissions Coordinators handling high volume inbound and outbound calls
⦁ Own hiring, onboarding, training, and performance reviews for Admissions Coordinators
⦁ Coordinate schedules and workload distribution to maintain coverage and efficient operations
⦁ Deliver contact center service levels and call quality expectations across the team
⦁ Ensure timely, consistent communication with prospective clients, families, and referral sources to advance admissions
⦁ Resolve escalations and concerns to protect the client experience and drive admissions completion
⦁ Partner with internal teams to hit time to admission and satisfaction goals
⦁ Develop and implement best practices across admissions and discharge workflows
⦁ Report performance trends and results to executive leadership

What You Need
⦁ 3–6+ years leading or mentoring admissions and or sales teams
⦁ Salesforce experience (1+ year preferred)
⦁ Ability to multitask and lead in a high paced, KPI driven environment
⦁ Behavioral health experience is a plus
⦁ HIPAA familiarity is a plus
⦁ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
