Schedule
Remote role within the United States.
Shift requirement: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm MST.


What You’ll Do

Lead and coach a team of 10+ Admissions Coordinators managing high-volume client and family calls
Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and performance reviews for team members
Manage schedules and workload distribution to maintain strong operational flow
Ensure consistent, high-quality communication with prospective clients, families, and referral sources
Champion each client’s admissions process and resolve concerns with empathy and clarity
Maintain strong contact center service levels and call quality standards
Collaborate across teams to achieve KPIs including time-to-admission, satisfaction scores, and admission rates
Develop and refine best practices for the Admissions and Discharge process
Partner with Executive Leadership to report on team performance and strategic insights


What You Need

3+ years leading or mentoring Admissions or Sales teams
3+ years of sales experience, ideally in healthcare admissions
1+ year of Salesforce or CRM experience
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
Familiarity with HIPAA policies preferred
Experience supporting adolescents or young adults in mental health settings is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
