Schedule
- Full-time, remote
- Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm MST
- US-based candidates only (select state restrictions apply in application)
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop a team of 10+ Admissions Coordinators
- Monitor call volume, service quality, and conversion results
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, coaching, and reviews for your team
- Set schedules and manage resource planning to maintain strong SLAs
- Drive performance around admissions KPIs and client satisfaction
- Ensure all prospective clients and families receive timely, supportive communication
- Partner with cross-functional leaders and executive team to elevate admissions operations
- Build and refine best practices for the admissions pipeline and transitions
What You Need
- 3+ years managing or mentoring admissions or sales teams
- 3+ years sales experience in a healthcare admissions environment
- 1+ year experience with Salesforce
- Proven results in metric-driven environments
- Strength in high-volume call-center style operations
- Thrives in fast pace and mission-driven environments
- Mental health or youth care experience preferred
- Understanding of HIPAA and confidentiality practices a plus
