- Team: Admissions
- Type: Full-time • Remote (U.S.)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM MST
- Impact: Own team performance across volume, quality, and speed-to-admission KPIs.
What You’ll Do
- Lead & Develop: Manage a team of 10+ Admissions Coordinators; own hiring, training, coaching, QA, and performance reviews.
- Deliver Service Excellence: Achieve contact-center service levels, call quality standards, and consistently exceptional client/family experiences.
- Hit the Numbers: Drive team performance on admission rates, time-to-admission, and client satisfaction; remove barriers and unblock escalations.
- Orchestrate Operations: Build schedules, balance workload, and ensure efficient inbound/outbound coverage across channels.
- Standardize & Improve: Create and roll out best practices and documentation across Admissions and Discharge workflows.
- Partner Across Teams: Collaborate with Clinical, Revenue Cycle, and Growth to align processes and report performance to Executive Leadership.
- Data & Systems: Ensure accurate, compliant documentation in Salesforce; monitor dashboards and coach to insights.
What You’ll Bring
- Leadership Experience: 3+ years leading or mentoring Admissions and/or Sales teams (healthcare strongly preferred).
- Admissions/Sales Acumen: 3+ years in healthcare admissions or comparable, quota-carrying environment with proven results.
- Tools: 1+ years in Salesforce (or similar CRM); proficient with Microsoft Office & Google Suite.
- Operating Tempo: Expert multitasker who thrives in a high-volume, high-urgency environment; HIPAA familiarity a plus.
- Population Insight: Experience with adolescents/young adults in behavioral health is a plus.
- Communication: Clear, compassionate communicator with strong coaching and stakeholder-management skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base: $80,000–$95,000/year (individualized by location, experience, and internal equity)
- Bonus: Target performance-based bonus
