What You’ll Do
- Manage high-volume outreach to prospective clients and families to spark engagement
- Move qualified leads forward quickly; coordinate warm handoffs with Admissions Coordinators
- Maintain meticulous records (contact attempts, status, intake notes) with data accuracy and privacy
- Identify barriers to admission (scheduling, hesitation, financial concerns) and route for support
- Re-engage drop-offs with targeted outreach to increase speed-to-assessment
- Collaborate across teams to refine workflows for marketing-driven and lost-opportunity leads
- Pitch in across the pipeline and assist with attendance processes to help clients make their first group
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of sales or admissions experience; healthcare admissions a plus
- Track record of exceeding targets in high-volume, KPI-driven roles
- 1+ year of Salesforce (or comparable CRM) experience
- Strong multitasking, organization, and communication skills
- Familiarity with HIPAA is a plus; experience with adolescents/young adults in mental health is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Benefits
- Target base: $54,000–$60,000
- Target total cash with performance bonus: $66,000–$84,000
