Schedule
- Full-time, remote (U.S. only; not available to residents of AK, CA, CO, IL, ME, NY, or WA)
- Shift-based scheduling (details provided during application)
- Sunday through Thursday availability may be required
Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients, families, and referral partners
- Build trust and rapport to gather demographics, presenting issues, and treatment histories
- Clearly communicate financial policies, payment options, and available assistance programs
- Document all admissions activity in Salesforce, including consents and insurance details
- Ensure timely coordination with internal teams to meet KPIs (admission quotas, time-to-admission, satisfaction scores)
- Pitch Charlie Health’s individualized clinical model to prospective clients and families
- Maintain a deep understanding of services, mission, and care pathways
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 2+ years of sales experience; healthcare admissions experience is a plus
- Proven record of exceeding performance targets (quotas, KPIs, or admissions goals)
- 1+ year experience using Salesforce or similar CRM
- Strong multitasking skills and comfort working in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations preferred
- Experience working with adolescents or young adults in a mental health context a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $54,000 – $60,000 annually
- Target total compensation with performance bonus: $66,000 – $84,000 annually
