What You’ll Do
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls with urgency and empathy
- Build rapport with prospective clients, families, and referral partners
- Collect demographics, clinical history, and insurance/payment details
- Communicate policies, eligibility, and treatment model clearly
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and track consents + insurance info
- Collaborate across internal teams to move clients into care quickly
- Meet KPIs including admission volume, time-to-admission, and satisfaction scores
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years sales or admissions experience (healthcare preferred)
- Proven success meeting and exceeding performance targets
- 1+ year experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
- Ability to work fast and thrive in a structured KPI environment
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with HIPAA and experience supporting youth mental health is a plus
