What You’ll Do
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients, families, and referral sources
- Build trust to gather key details including demographics, treatment history, and presenting concerns
- Clearly explain financial policies, payment options, and assistance programs
- Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce, including insurance and consent forms
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet KPIs such as admission rates, patient satisfaction, and time-to-admission
- Communicate consistently and compassionately to advance clients into care
- Represent Charlie Health’s mission and clinical model with clarity and impact
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of sales or admissions experience (healthcare admissions a plus)
- Track record of exceeding performance targets in admissions or sales roles
- At least 1 year of regular Salesforce use
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
- Familiarity with HIPAA and experience with adolescents/young adults in mental health is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Benefits
- Base salary: $54,000–$60,000 annually
- Target bonus opportunities with total compensation range of $66,000–$84,000 annually
