Schedule
- Full-time, remote role
- Shift-based schedule (Mountain Standard Time)
- Requires flexibility and consistency in meeting quotas and call volumes
What You’ll Do
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients, families, and referral sources
- Build trust and gather client information with empathy and professionalism
- Clearly explain financial policies, insurance, and treatment options
- Document all admissions details and maintain accurate records in Salesforce
- Partner with internal teams to meet KPIs including admission rates, satisfaction, and time-to-admission
What You Need
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2+ years of sales or client admissions experience (healthcare a plus)
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
- 1+ year of Salesforce experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Familiarity with HIPAA and experience supporting adolescents/young adults preferred
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
Benefits
- Salary range: $54,000–$60,000 base + performance bonus (total target $66,000–$84,000)
