Schedule
- Full-time, remote role within the U.S.
- Shift-based schedule (times listed in MST)
- Not available to candidates in Alaska, California, Colorado, Illinois, Maine, New York, or Washington
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients, families, and referral sources in a compassionate, professional manner.
- Build trust and rapport to gather demographics, presenting problems, and treatment histories.
- Communicate financial policies, payment options, and assistance programs.
- Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce, including consents and insurance info.
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet KPIs such as admission quotas, time-to-admission, and client satisfaction.
- Represent Charlie Health’s services and individualized model effectively to clients and families.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of sales experience (healthcare admissions a plus).
- 1+ year using Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Track record of meeting/exceeding performance targets.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with HIPAA policies preferred.
- Experience with adolescents/young adults in mental health context is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $54,000 – $60,000/year.
- Total compensation (with bonus potential): $66,000 – $84,000/year.
