What You’ll Do
⦁ Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients, families, and referral sources
⦁ Build rapport and gather key info: demographics, presenting concerns, and treatment history
⦁ Explain financial policies, payment options, and possible assistance programs clearly and respectfully
⦁ Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, including consents and insurance information
⦁ Coordinate across internal teams to hit key KPIs like time-to-admission and client satisfaction
⦁ Communicate consistently with families and referral sources to move clients through the admissions pipeline
⦁ Speak confidently about Charlie Health’s services and clinical model, tailoring the “why us” to each family’s needs
⦁ Meet and exceed admission quotas while maintaining quality documentation and timelines
What You Need
⦁ Bachelor’s degree
⦁ 1–5 years of sales experience (healthcare admissions experience is a plus)
⦁ Proven success hitting or exceeding performance targets in sales, intake, or admissions-style roles
⦁ Salesforce experience
⦁ Comfort working in a high-paced, high-volume environment and juggling multiple conversations at once
⦁ Strong documentation habits and attention to detail
⦁ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
⦁ Familiarity with HIPAA standards is a plus
⦁ Experience working with adolescents and young adults in a mental health context is a plus

⦁ Target base pay: $54,000–$60,000/year
⦁ Target total cash comp (base + performance bonus): $66,000–$84,000/year
⦁ Pay varies by location, experience, and internal equity
