Schedule
Full-time, remote position based in the United States.
Shift-based schedule aligned with Mountain Standard Time; specific shift options are discussed during the hiring process.
Role is not available to candidates in Alaska, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Washington State, or Washington, DC.
High-volume, KPI-driven environment with expectations around call volume, time-to-admission, and client satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls each day from prospective clients, families, and referral sources in a compassionate, professional manner.
- Build trust and rapport while gathering key information, including demographics, presenting concerns, and treatment history.
- Clearly explain financial policies, payment options, and available financial assistance programs.
- Maintain accurate, detailed client records in Salesforce, including consents, insurance details, and documentation required for admission.
- Partner with internal teams to meet admission-related KPIs such as time-to-admission, conversion rates, and client satisfaction.
- Ensure timely follow-up and coordination with all prospective clients, families, and referral sources to smoothly advance them into Charlie Health’s programs.
- Develop and sustain a strong understanding of Charlie Health’s services and be able to confidently communicate the clinical model and mission.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree.
- One to five years of sales or admissions experience, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
- Experience using Salesforce or another CRM on a regular basis.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while juggling multiple priorities.
- Ability to work a defined, shift-based schedule as assigned.
- Familiarity with HIPAA guidelines and handling sensitive health information is a plus.
- Experience working with adolescents and young adults in a mental health context is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

- Competitive base salary targeted between $54,000 and $60,000 per year, plus performance-based bonus opportunities, with target total cash compensation between $66,000 and $84,000 per year (depending on experience, location, and other factors).
