Schedule
- Full-time, remote role based in the United States.
- Shift-based schedule aligned with Mountain Standard Time; specific shift options are selected during the application process.
- This role is not available to candidates in Alaska, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Washington State, or Washington, DC.
- High-volume, KPI-driven environment with expectations around call volume, admission conversion, time-to-admission, and client satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
- Facilitate a high volume of inbound and outbound calls each day with prospective clients, families, and referral sources in both Spanish and English, maintaining a compassionate, inclusive, and professional tone.
- Build trust and rapport to gather demographic information, presenting concerns, and treatment history, ensuring families feel heard and supported.
- Clearly explain financial policies, payment options, and any available financial assistance programs.
- Maintain meticulous client records in Salesforce, including treatment consents, insurance information, and all documentation required for admission.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure key KPIs such as time-to-admission, admission rates, and client satisfaction targets are met.
- Provide timely follow-up and consistent communication with prospective clients, families, and referral sources to smoothly advance them into Charlie Health’s program.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Charlie Health’s services, mission, and vision and be able to clearly communicate and “pitch” the innovative, individualized clinical model to clients and families.
What You Need
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) is required.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- One to five years of sales or client admissions experience, ideally in a quota or KPI-driven environment; healthcare admissions experience is a plus.
- Proven track record of exceeding performance targets in sales, outreach, or admissions roles.
- Experience regularly using Salesforce or another CRM.
- Ability to work a defined, shift-based schedule as assigned.
- Strong ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-paced, high-volume setting.
- Familiarity with HIPAA policies and handling sensitive health information is a plus.
- Experience working with adolescents and young adults in a mental health or related context is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

- Target base compensation between $54,000 and $60,000 per year, plus a performance-based bonus, with target total cash compensation between $66,000 and $84,000 per year (depending on location, experience, and other factors).
