Schedule
⦁ Fully remote within the United States (not available in AK, CA, CO, CT, ME, MA, MN, NJ, NY, OR, WA, or Washington DC)
⦁ Shift based schedule (options selected during application, all times listed in Mountain Time)
⦁ High volume phone based role with strict timelines and documentation standards
⦁ Performance measured by KPIs like admission rate, patient satisfaction, and time to admission

What You’ll Do
⦁ Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with prospective clients, families, and referral sources in English and Spanish
⦁ Build trust quickly to gather demographics, presenting concerns, and treatment history
⦁ Explain financial policies, payment options, and possible assistance programs with clarity and care
⦁ Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce, including consents and insurance documentation
⦁ Coordinate with internal teams to move clients through the pipeline while meeting time to admission goals
⦁ Communicate consistently with clients, families, and referral sources to keep the process moving
⦁ Pitch Charlie Health’s individualized clinical model with confidence and accuracy

What You Need
⦁ Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
⦁ Bachelor’s degree
⦁ 1–5 years of sales experience (healthcare admissions experience is a plus)
⦁ Proven track record of exceeding targets in sales, admissions, or client conversion roles
⦁ Salesforce experience (1+ year preferred)
⦁ Ability to multitask and perform in a fast paced, KPI driven environment
⦁ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
⦁ HIPAA familiarity is a plus
⦁ Experience working with adolescents and young adults in a mental health context is a plus
