Schedule
- Full-time, remote position (shift-based schedule required).
- Not available to candidates in AK, CA, CO, CT, ME, MA, MN, NJ, NY, OR, WA, or Washington, DC.
What You’ll Do
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls from clients, families, and referral sources with compassion and professionalism.
- Build trust to gather demographics, presenting problems, and treatment histories.
- Communicate financial policies, payment options, and assistance programs.
- Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce, including consents and insurance info.
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet KPIs like time-to-admission and client satisfaction.
- Ensure timely follow-up and seamless admissions process for all prospective clients.
- Present Charlie Health’s innovative clinical model to clients and families.
What You Need
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required).
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2+ years of sales experience (healthcare admissions a plus).
- Proven record of exceeding performance targets.
- 1+ year of Salesforce experience.
- Strong multitasking skills in a high-paced environment.
- Familiarity with HIPAA policies (preferred).
- Experience supporting adolescents/young adults in mental health (a plus).
Salary
- Base pay: $54,000 – $60,000 per year
- Total target compensation (with bonus): $66,000 – $84,000 per year
