Schedule
- Full-time, remote role within the U.S.
- Shift-based schedule (Mountain Standard Time)
- Not available to candidates in Alaska, California, Colorado, Illinois, Maine, New York, or Washington
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound/outbound calls with prospective clients, families, and referral sources compassionately and professionally.
- Build trust and gather demographics, presenting problems, and treatment histories.
- Clearly explain financial policies, payment options, and assistance programs.
- Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce, including consents and insurance information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet KPIs such as admission rates, client satisfaction, and time-to-admission.
- Represent Charlie Health’s innovative clinical model effectively to clients and families.
Requirements
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of sales experience (healthcare admissions a plus).
- 1+ year using Salesforce or similar CRM.
- Strong record of exceeding performance targets.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Familiarity with HIPAA is a plus.
- Experience with adolescents/young adults in a mental health context a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $54,000 – $60,000/year.
- Total compensation (with bonus potential): $66,000 – $84,000/year.
