What You’ll Do
- Monitor live staffing demand and performance metrics (ASA, AHT, abandons)
- Deploy workforce resources to maintain service levels
- Manage schedule exceptions and support ad-hoc scheduling requests
- Track occupancy and optimize productivity across teams
- Minimize service disruptions and escalation events
- Communicate updates and actions to teams and leadership
- Identify and escalate system issues when needed
What You Need
- 2–3 years experience in workforce management or similar role preferred
- Knowledge of telephony and WFM systems a plus
- Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office tools
- Strong time-management and prioritization skills
- Detail-focused, analytical, and proactive problem solver
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- Collaborative mindset and customer-first attitude
