What You’ll Do

As a Warranty & Admin Rep, you’ll be part of our Outdoor Customer Support team working as a virtual employee. This role provides administrative task and warranty process support in a focused, fast paced customer experience environment. Activities will include consumer credits/returns, whole good shipping support, warranty claims, inbound service dealer support, and processing requests from internal and external customers. You’ll get to:

· Process and adjudicate warranty claims, credits, returns, and related tasks/activities.

· Inbound call and other correspondence support

· Provide administrative and on time services for retailer, service dealer, and end consumer requests

Specialized Knowledge/Skills:

· Strong time management, written, and verbal communication skills

· Experience working in Microsoft Office Applications

· Working knowledge of the SBD Outdoor products lines strongly preferred

· Strong organizational, detail-oriented and interpersonal communication skills

Experience/Educational Requirements:

· HS Diploma or GED required

· 3 – 5 years’ Customer Service Experience required

· Previous Product Warranty/Processing Experience strongly preferred
