This role will support both Undergraduate and Graduate student services team will answer student inquiries via phone and email as well as provide support to advising and registration. Ideal candidates will have previous customer service and/or administrative support experience, excellent organizational skills and a friendly and helpful demeanor.

This is a fully remote role, working the hours of 9:00am – 6:00pm PST, Monday through Friday.
