What You’ll Do
- Communicate with gig workers about available shifts and opportunities in real time
- Respond to questions and provide support via email, chat, and phone
- Maintain accurate records (contact info, availability, preferences)
- Coordinate shift scheduling and make adjustments as needed
- Prepare reports, manage documentation, and support data entry tasks
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline communication and processes
- Share feedback and insights to improve the gig worker experience
What You Need
- Experience in administrative support (staffing/recruiting preferred)
