What You’ll Do
- Support an executive by handling administrative functions that protect their time and focus
- Draft correspondence that reflects the executive’s views and includes some technical context
- Manage complex administrative situations and conflicts that can’t always be escalated to the executive
- Ensure assigned work is completed on time and aligned with leadership expectations
- Schedule travel, manage documentation collection, and handle team communications as needed
- Plan and coordinate multiple concurrent tasks with strict deadlines
- Track and prioritize tasks across shifting priorities while staying organized and accurate
What You Need
- High school diploma or GED
- 5+ years of experience supporting Information Technology environments
- Ability to have and maintain a Non-Sensitive / High Risk (Public Trust) security clearance (Tier 4/6c)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working independently and tracking deliverables to completion
