What You’ll Do
As an Administrative Coordinator, you’ll provide direct administrative support to the Senior Vice President, Vice Presidents of Operations, and Regional Medical Directors. You’ll act as a key liaison across departments, ensuring smooth communication, scheduling, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for calls, correspondence, and client communications
- Provide administrative support to leadership teams (SVP, VPOs, RMDs)
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, travel, and accommodations
- Maintain calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts, and distribute meeting agendas/minutes
- Prepare written correspondence, presentations, spreadsheets, and reports
- Track operational metrics and enter data into CRM/GMS systems
- Gather and distribute reports and audits; maintain provider and client contact lists
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications
- 2 years of college or equivalent education required
- 1–3 years of related administrative experience supporting management
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving, decision-making, and confidentiality handling skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
