Schedule
- Full-time, Remote (U.S.)
- Standard business hours
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for office vendors and suppliers, negotiate pricing, and research new options as needed
- Manage company purchases (office supplies, equipment, membership dues), file and track receipts
- Maintain general cleanliness and presentation of the Burbank headquarters
- Plan, budget, and execute company events and activities to boost morale and engagement
- Use CRM system to manage customer information and generate reports
- File, organize, and update company documents (contracts, agreements, schedules) in the electronic filing system
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 3 years of office/administrative experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to manage vendor relations and office operations independently
