Administrative Assistant – Education Assessment, Cambium Learning Group

Job Responsibilities

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for tracking and coordinating travel arrangements, processing vouchers, overseeing schedules, providing administrative support for meetings and helping to manage project metrics and staff hours. The candidate will be responsible for item development schedules and maintaining item development log in ITS (Item Tracking System). The candidate will perform various research activities and functions as related to Education Assessment. This position may include some item writing activities as part of the Test Development team.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required. 0-3 years experience. Good working knowledge of Windows environment, including Word, Excel, Power Point and Access required. Position requires attention to detail and excellent organizational skills to establish efficient systems. Strong writing and oral communication skills are required to deal professionally with the program staff and government clients. Must be able to operate with considerable independence and initiative in performing tasks. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities as necessary
