Our client, a water technology provider, is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a 2+ month contract opportunity. This role is fully remote but candidate must be located in eastern time zone.
Duties:
- Perform phone calls to validate sensitive information and receive confirmation from an authoritative source documenting what has been validated verbally.
- Update data spreadsheets and organize and follow up on deliverables, read, interpret and analyze, and proof documents, emails and other materials.
Requirements:
- Need to have strong interpersonal skills to ensure follow-up.
- Must be knowledgeable with Outlook email, web searches, excel and excel pivot tables, and will need to have strong organizational skills.
- Needs the ability to learn tasks quickly,pay attention to detail, and keep up with a fast-paced working environment.
- Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
- Must have a professional level verbal and written communications skills.
- Must have 3-5 years of professional experience
