• Works across multiple online systems and tools
• Supports month-end close cycles and cross-functional requests
What You’ll Do
⦁ Prepare and analyze complex monthly business line reporting with a focus on accuracy
⦁ Own and track API and Mid-market billing and agreements
⦁ Support key parts of the month-end close process
⦁ Assist with new ERP implementation and system testing when needed
⦁ Review sales tax monthly for journal entries and filing support
⦁ Support year-end audits by preparing schedules and pulling documentation
⦁ Build ad-hoc reports for business needs and take on projects as assigned
What You Need
⦁ 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting/AR experience
⦁ Strong ERP proficiency (NetSuite or similar) plus above-average Excel skills
⦁ Knowledge of full month-end close process
⦁ Strong technical accounting and research skills
⦁ High attention to detail, strong organization, and comfort working independently
⦁ Team-first mindset and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
⦁ SaaS experience preferred; Anrok or Avalara a plus
