What You’ll Do
• Manage and collect aged patient accounts to maximize payment recovery
• Submit adjustments, review payer correspondence, and resolve denials
• Maintain audit records and meet cash and A/R performance goals
What You Need
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6+ months Accounts Receivable experience
• Strong Excel and research skills; comfortable with office software
