Schedule
- Remote role (U.S. based)
- Full-time, hourly, non-exempt
- Pay range: $20–$26/hour + monthly performance bonus
What You’ll Do
- Reach out to clients by phone and email to resolve outstanding payments
- Send monthly statements and verify payment statuses
- Collaborate with billing and account management to reconcile issues
- Maintain positive client relationships while completing collections
- Provide organized, detail-driven customer service
What You Need
- 1+ years of accounts receivable/collections experience
- Strong Excel skills (bonus: Looker, Zendesk, or Hubspot familiarity)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfort working independently and managing detailed processes
- Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, or similar remote tools
- Bonus: background in the court reporting or legal industry
