What You’ll Do
- Process and record AR transactions, invoices, and payments
- Maintain accurate customer and AR documentation
- Assist with month-end closing, reconciliations, and reporting
- Support audit preparation and documentation requests
- Research and resolve billing or payment discrepancies
- Maintain organized and compliant records
- Contribute to AR process improvements
- Execute ad-hoc financial projects and tasks
First 90 Days
- Become the point person for AR workflows and reporting
- Recommend process efficiencies and automation opportunities
- Support accurate reconciliations and invoice management
- Build cross-team relationships with Finance and Ops
- Identify risks, discrepancies, or delays early and proactively
What You Need
- 2+ years in Accounts Receivable or related finance role
- Degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
- Experience with ERP and billing systems (NetSuite, Zuora ideal)
- Advanced Excel skills + attention to accuracy and deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Organized, accountable, and process-minded

- $50.9K – $58.1K base salary
