Responsibilities
- Contact transferees and suppliers regarding outstanding receivables; prepare and distribute statements.
- Research payments, billing, and open receivables; provide documentation to resolve issues.
- Maintain current, detailed documentation of collections activity.
- Partner with internal teams (Billing, AP, GL, Operations, Client Services, Supply Chain) to resolve pending issues.
- Collaborate with Cash Applications to ensure payments are applied correctly; resolve unapplied/unidentified cash.
- Prepare reports on receivables status and trends for senior management.
- Recommend settlements, write-offs, or negotiate partial payments as appropriate.
- Participate in special projects and recommend process improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of college or equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliations, and collections processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong written/verbal communication and global communication skills.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Attention to detail with strong analytical and follow-up skills.

- Hourly range: $22.05 – $25.64 (based on knowledge, skills, and experience)
