Schedule
- Full-time, remote role (U.S. based)
- Standard business hours, with flexibility to meet deadlines
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of complex vendor and transferee receivables, maximizing timely collection and resolution
- Contact transferees and suppliers regarding outstanding balances; prepare and distribute weekly/monthly statements
- Research payments, billing, and open receivables; provide documentation to internal teams and external partners
- Maintain clear and current documentation of collection activities
- Partner with the Cash Applications team to ensure timely and accurate application of payments
- Analyze unapplied or unidentified cash balances and request proper resolution
- Prepare reports of receivables status for senior leadership, including profiles and trend analysis
- Recommend settlements, write-offs, or negotiate partial payments as appropriate
- Act as a liaison across departments (Billing, AP, GL, Operations, Client Services, and Supply Chain) to resolve issues
- Participate in special projects and recommend process improvements
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of college coursework or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or related finance roles
- Knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliation, and collections processes
- Strong communication skills (oral and written) for client and global partner interaction
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform under pressure
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Compensation & Benefits
- Market base salary: $22.05 – $25.64 per hour, based on experience, skills, and location
